JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Execute trade marketing activities including campaigns, promotions, and events to support retail sales

- Collaborate with sales teams to implement in-store marketing and promotional materials

- Coordinate brand & sales teams for product launches, display, and off-take campaigns

- Ensure proper execution of promotional strategies and monitor the performance of promotional campaigns

- Support the Trade Marketing Head by gathering insights from the field and reporting on the effectiveness of trade activities

- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends to Trade Marketing Head

- Conduct local market research, collect and analyze information on company products, and create competitive market strategies

- Assist in managing, tracking, and reporting on market promotion activities, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution

 

REQUIREMENT

- College or University graduated

- Having 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales admin, preferably in the FMCG industry

- Proficient in understanding and analyzing customer behavior and insights

- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, strong planning and organizational skills
