JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Execute trade marketing activities including campaigns, promotions, and events to support retail sales
  • Collaborate with sales teams to implement in-store marketing and promotional materials
  • Coordinate brand & sales teams for product launches, display, and off-take campaigns
  • Ensure proper execution of promotional strategies and monitor the performance of promotional campaigns
  • Support the Trade Marketing Head by gathering insights from the field and reporting on the effectiveness of trade activities
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends to Trade Marketing Head
  • Conduct local market research, collect and analyze information on company products, and create competitive market strategies
  • Assist in managing, tracking, and reporting on market promotion activities, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution

 

REQUIREMENT

  • College or University graduated
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales admin, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proficient in understanding and analyzing customer behavior and insights
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, strong planning and organizational skills
