JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set up and update monthly demand files and stock status reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to consolidate and align monthly demand requirements.
- Review, validate, and cross-check demand plans against established standards before submitting them to the Department Head.
- Monitor supply and order status to support demand planning and tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Solid understanding of demand planning concepts; experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
- Hard-working, honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Self-confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
