JOB DESCRIPTION
- Promote our Cosmetics brands and unique value propositions to existing platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, …)
- Establish, grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with strategic E-Commerce partners
- Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities
- Manage budget and responsible for securing commercial budgets and MKT activities that lead to traffic and conversion on online stores
- Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in online channels with strong collaboration across brands
- Build online shopper understanding through strengthening data sharing approach in each partnership
- Partner with the BPO to ensure assortment for e-commerce, merchandise plans and build plan for e-store campaigns and online related promotions
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated or above
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations in Ecommerce, preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
- Good communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
- Fluent exposure using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid execution and implementation skills of channel & key account management
