JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Find, develop and expand new customers (companies, government organizations)
  • Introduce company products, negotiate commercial terms, and promotion programs based on each strategic partner
  • Hold the private sales activity based on transaction plans
  • Execute, monitor partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered to both parties
  • Coordinate with related departments in setting prices, making orders, inventory checking, payments, and delivery for efficient implementation of partnership contracts
  • Keep relationships with existing customers. Build diversified products to meet their needs
  • Drive the achievement of partnership business plan and revenue targets as assigned - Handle and settle after-sales services and arising

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, analytical, and planning
  • Able to work efficiently in Excel, and other office applications
  • English in both writing and speaking
  • Understand B2B business and experience in setting sales policy
  • Experience in B2B business, especially, in personal care is a priority.
