JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handle operational tasks between internal teams & platform teams, has good knowledge on E-commerce operational models such as FBL, seller delivery, etc.

- Partner with the BPO to ensure assortment for e-commerce, and merchandise plans and build plans for e-store campaigns and online-related promotions

- Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspectives, risks and opportunities

- Manage a budget and responsible for securing commercial budgets and MKT activities that lead to traffic and conversion on online stores

- Develop planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate such as promotion, price optimization, coupons and deals, on-site communication & visibility…

- Have experience in opening new e-commerce channels - Monitor stock quantity for daily sales and campaigns

-  Review the movement of competitors and pricing, to understand market trends

 

REQUIREMENT

- University graduation
- Be strong negotiation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Be good at MS Office
- Willing to learn
- Having a supporting mind, and attention to detail
- Ability to monitor, and maintain workload
- KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt to the dynamic sales environment of e-commerce
- Be at least 1-2 years of proven experience in the E-commerce industry (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok...) and marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce platforms
-  Having experience building a new e-commerce channel
