JOB DESCRIPTION

* Develop & support distributor channel

- Set up monthly promotion

- Follow up and fix promotion scheme in promotion application

- Check allocation and quantity of stock list including trading goods & non-commercial items

- Prepare ASB (area-supporting-budget) list for sales

- Train and support sales team & distributor how to use the system

- Post and update new product and monthly promotion announcement in system

- Manage and update salesperson information, new items management, manage current and new users in system

- Manage sale in and sale out period and monthly reports: KPI, sales in, sale out, new salesperson…

- Follow up & solve daily issues on webs

* Co-ordinate to make plan to stabilize and increase turn over

- Recruitment plan: propose prize, estimate budget, report and settle

- Monthly, quarterly and annual prize for distributor and sales person: follow up, calculate and report results

* Co-ordinate to make event plan for distributor and sales person

 

 

REQUIREMENT

- University graduate

- Good in English, MS Office

- Good communication, organization, analysis, presentation skills

- Be accuracy, responsibility, interpersonal, proactive

- At list 1 year experience in sales or sales admin
