JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand sales channels to effectively support the team in achieving monthly and annual targets
- Implement business plans and sales promotion programs for regional managers
- Coordinate with regional managers to gain insights into each region’s market and propose timely support activities for the sales team
- Prepare reports on the personnel status of the sales team
- Monitor and report on business support costs related to the team
- Assist the Team Leader with coordination tasks as required
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations and the effective implementation of product promotion programs
- Provide interpretation for the Director, regional managers, and Team Leader as needed
REQUIREMENT
- Graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or Korean Language
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); good communication skills in Korean
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proactive, gentle, and adaptable; honest and responsible
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support
