JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understand sales channels to effectively support the team in achieving monthly and annual targets
  • Implement business plans and sales promotion programs for regional managers
  • Coordinate with regional managers to gain insights into each region’s market and propose timely support activities for the sales team
  • Prepare reports on the personnel status of the sales team
  • Monitor and report on business support costs related to the team
  • Assist the Team Leader with coordination tasks as required
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations and the effective implementation of product promotion programs
  • Provide interpretation for the Director, regional managers, and Team Leader as needed

 

 

REQUIREMENT

 

  • Graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or Korean Language
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); good communication skills in Korean
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proactive, gentle, and adaptable; honest and responsible
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support
