JOB DESCRIPTION

1. E-commerce Performance Management

  • Take full ownership of channel performance and proactively identify issues and opportunities, proposing data-driven solutions.
  • Scale and dominate multi-platform stores with proven growth metrics (% revenue increase) rather than just maintaining daily operations.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance (sales, traffic, conversion, AOV) and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  • Analyze platform performance and identify growth opportunities, risks, and action plans.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute platform campaigns assortment, pricing strategy, promotion schemes, and visibility to maximize performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign mechanics, stock readiness, and marketing support.

3. Livestream & Social Commerce

  • Plan and drive livestream strategy across Shopee and TikTok Shop, including KOL selection, deal strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Work with KOLs/KOCs and enablers to optimize livestream performance (GMV, traffic, conversion) while ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

4. Budget Planning & Control

  • Plan, allocate, and manage e-commerce budgets, including platform packages, media spend, and campaign investments.
  • Engineered data-driven strategies that directly improved bottom-line profitability and optimized marketing spend efficiency (ROAS).
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize business outcomes.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Lead the development of regular market intelligence reports, including competitor benchmarking, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data and market trends.
  • Demonstrate strong data-driven mindset in identifying opportunities and guiding decisions.

6. Enabler & Agency Management

  • Audited and challenged external partners (Enablers/Agencies) to ensure strict adherence to KPIs and high-quality execution of campaign assets.
  • Ensure alignment on targets, execution plans, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and evaluate enabler performance, ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement.

7. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Confidently present, discuss, and align directly with Director on business performance, strategy, and key issues.

8. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Align on product launches, stock planning, pricing, and promotional activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in FMCG or beauty/personal care.
  • Strong experience in managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Solid experience in budget planning and ROI management.
  • Experience in livestream operations and KOL/KOC collaboration is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in working with and leading enablers/agencies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
  • Proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in working with senior stakeholders.
