• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years experiences at the same position in personal care industry, proven experience in developing, executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in Vietnamese online retail
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, collaboration skills
  • Smart business acumen, strategic thinking, drive for innovations
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
