JOB DESCRIPTION:
S&OP and Demand planning management
- Be responsible for baseline forecasting
- Run the demand planning portion of the monthly S&OP process by working with internal stakeholders (MKT, S&CM, Sales, Finance) to gather and justify all related building blocks in the monthly demand plan, ensuring the demand forecast is aligned and supports reaching the company’s sales objectives
- Involve in promotion planning, launch/relaunch planning process and customer planning process
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings (pre-demand, demand review, executive S&OP meeting)
- Maintain demand master data (proportional forecast factor, history corrections, product-like profiles, and phase-in/phase-outs)
- Be responsible for accurate visibility of forecast in the planning system (SAP/APO) to trigger correct supply replenishment to avoid OOS or excess inventory
Inventory management
- Ensure stock readiness on time following the forecasting plan
- Lead “phase in-phase out” (PIPO) management, short shelf-life, slow-moving and obsolete stock review and ensure clearance execution from Trade & Sale Teams
- Work with warehouse/ logistic/ sale teams/ distributors for batch & shelf-life management
