JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct market, analyze market and products research in order to make social content planning and planning public in-house that match with business and marketing’s strategy
  • Analyze, review, and revise the contents of team so that they catch up with trends, timely and qualify
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Manage freelance KOL’s performance to achieve the marketing and sales target
  • Conduct product trainings
  • Make in-house livestream plan and take execution
  • Collaborate with related departments for getting opinions on planning contents

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • University graduated
  • Ability to track and plan projects to a budget, negotiate and maximize outputs
  • A proven track record of delivering seamless brand experiences
  • Good in analyzing, writing content skills, digital marketing
  • At least 2 years in a creative or similar role at multinational company or new media company
  • Have experience in digital marketing content at FMCG field, special in personal care or cosmetics is a plus
  • Be creative, enthusiasm, willing to learn, adaptability
