JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct market, analyze market and products research in order to make social content planning and planning public in-house that match with business and marketing’s strategy
- Analyze, review, and revise the contents of team so that they catch up with trends, timely and qualify
- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Manage freelance KOL’s performance to achieve the marketing and sales target
- Conduct product trainings
- Make in-house livestream plan and take execution
- Collaborate with related departments for getting opinions on planning contents
REQUIREMENT:
- University graduated
- Ability to track and plan projects to a budget, negotiate and maximize outputs
- A proven track record of delivering seamless brand experiences
- Good in analyzing, writing content skills, digital marketing
- At least 2 years in a creative or similar role at multinational company or new media company
- Have experience in digital marketing content at FMCG field, special in personal care or cosmetics is a plus
- Be creative, enthusiasm, willing to learn, adaptability
