Job description:
1. Market information:
- Analyze market situation, consumer trend
- Collect and analyze competitors’ brand and sales performance
- Understand market feedback about the brand or activities
2. Brand positioning:
- Set up brand positioning, follow and keep the position via activities concept
3. Marketing plan:
- Set up objectives.
- Make yearly plan and plan for each campaign
- Estimate monthly sales and expenditure, cost control for each campaign
4. Product:
- Make new product concept, design
- Estimate production volume
- Check daily stock to have a suitable action
5. Sales:
- Check the daily sale
- Understand sales performance of the brand
- Make monthly promotion plan
- Coordinate with sales team in sales related activities
6. Communication plan:
- Develop a yearly communication plan
- Execute advertising, POP, PR
7. Contact suppliers and other relevant jobs
8. Team management
- Manage performances of team members
- Coach, lead and develop competencies of team members
Requirement:
- University graduation with faculty of Marketing, Economy, Business Management
- Good in organization, negotiation, problem solving, analysis, planning, management
- Good in English and MS. Office
- Initiative, enthusiastic, interpersonal, independent
- At least 02 years at Senior ABM position in FMCG, priority to personal care category
